Context: ETH Mexico - ETHMexico is an event bringing together some of the top minds and experts in Ethereum and ETHGlobal's return to Latin America. During 3 days of hackthon people brought web3 solutions and presented to a serious of judges. +90 projects, 12 finalists. (Dream DAO builders won prizes too :) 🥳 )

Relationship Building tips

During the Hackthon I've talked with many builders in web 3, and here are my 5 tips on how to make connections irl, or in online events:

1- Craft how you present yourself

it's about having a purpose proposition.

Other things:

1. Get a 1-2 sentences explanation of each project that you are part of

2- Stop " Networking " and start Building Relationships.

3- Initiating the conversations!!

The most important things here is to listen and create initial bonds with the person.

Bonds are points in common, related subjects that you both are interested in.
